Cockerham Sands

Three weeks ago.

Tucked up in the corner of someones front garden, we spent a couple of nights at Cockerham near Lancaster. Just a small family site run by a very helpful old couple. We had some nice long walks, one to Glasson Dock which was good.We had to walk through fields with cows in them and passed an ancient Abbey. Had a meal in a South African Restaurant of all places? Really enjoyed the trip. The site only cost £12.50 per night with electric. No showers tho. Well what do you expect for that price?
